Kate Roper Counselling

Professional Adult Counselling Service

Starting therapy can be the first step in overcoming life's challenges; it is an opportunity for gaining greater clarity, evoking positive change, and living a happier, more fulfilling life.

I understand how daunting the prospect of asking for help can be, so I offer a relaxed counselling experience, working in a style and at a pace that feels comfortable for you, whether that is dealing with a present issue, finding coping strategies, or exploring past experiences that are still negatively impacting you.

Finding the right therapist is key to a positive and effective experience, so please take a look around the site, or get in touch to learn more about me and my practice.
